Information we collect

Contact details you provide through enquiries, WhatsApp messages, phone calls or the appointment request form, including your name, phone number and email address.

Clinical information created as part of your dental care, such as medical history, treatment notes, radiographs and clinical photographs.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, arrange appointments and provide dental treatment safely.

To keep the clinical and financial records we are required to hold as a dental practice, and to contact you about your care.

Legal basis

We rely on legitimate interests to respond to enquiries, contract to provide treatment you request, legal obligation to retain dental records, and consent where we use clinical photographs for anything beyond your own care.

Sharing

We share information only where necessary: with dental laboratories, referral specialists, aligner or material manufacturers involved in your treatment, and with our secure IT and messaging providers.

We never sell your information.

Retention

Dental records are retained in line with current UK guidance for dental practices. Enquiry correspondence that does not lead to treatment is kept only as long as needed to answer you.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your records, ask us to correct inaccurate information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent for photograph use at any time.

You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.
